Polish Sejm elects Mateusz Szpytma as new IPN president

The Polish Sejm has elected Dr. Mateusz Szpytma, the current deputy president of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), as its new head. His nomination must still be approved by the Senate. Szpytma will replace Karol Nawrocki, who stepped down after becoming President of Poland.
