Russia planning sabotage strikes on NATO's eastern flank, Baltic states warn

Lithuania, Latvia and Poland have issued warnings about Russia preparing "kinetic operations" — targeted sabotage attacks — against NATO's eastern flank countries. Lithuania's president acknowledged he cannot deny the reports. Intelligence services stress this is not about opening a new front but about targeted provocations aimed at destabilising the region.
