Latvia bolsters security at power plant and gas storage near Riga

Latvian Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs told Reuters that security has been reinforced at a hydroelectric plant and a large underground gas storage facility near Riga. The move follows intelligence findings pointing to a threat from Russia. Neighbouring Lithuania had previously raised similar alarms. Kulbergs stated that "everything is possible."
