Polish parliament passes law allowing VAT status checks 5 years back

The Polish Sejm on Friday passed an amendment allowing the VAT status of a taxpayer to be checked for up to five years retroactively. The law also enables electronic customs clearance through IT tools provided by the National Revenue Administration (KAS).
