Polish parliament votes to make banks and brokers pay KNF fees upfront
Poland's Sejm has approved some Senate amendments to a law changing how fees are paid to the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). Banks, investment fund companies and brokerage houses will now be required to pay fees upfront when submitting applications for licences, consents and register entries, rather than after the process concludes. The change affects all entities supervised by the KNF.
