Polish developers must publish flat prices and sizes in a unified format

Poland's Sejm has approved some Senate amendments to legislation requiring property developers to publish prices and floor areas on the dane.gov.pl portal in a standardised format. Failure to comply will be classified as an act of unfair competition. The reform is aimed at making it easier for buyers to compare property offers.
