Vaduz court upholds changes to foundation controlling Cyfrowy Polsat — ruling final

The Constitutional Court in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, has upheld a ruling by the Princely Court of Appeal, confirming the validity of changes to the Statute of the TiVi Foundation dated 2 August 2024. The TiVi Foundation controls the shareholding in the Cyfrowy Polsat group. The decision is final, binding and cannot be appealed, effectively ending the legal battle over the Polsat media empire.
