Paramount's $110 billion takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery faces more than a month of regulatory uncertainty in Britain after Parliament went into summer recess. The House of Commons closed without UK Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy announcing whether she will formally intervene in the Hollywood mega-merger.
