FIFA has appointed Slovenian referee Slavko Vincić to officiate the World Cup final between Spain and Argentina. Polish referee Szymon Marciniak was not selected for the showpiece match. A video showing Marciniak's reaction at the moment the appointment was announced has spread widely online.
