Liechtenstein tribunal rejects Solarz appeal — Polsat succession dispute finally closed

Liechtenstein's Constitutional Tribunal has dismissed Zygmunt Solarz's appeal against the December 2025 appellate court ruling on succession in the foundations controlling Polsat Plus Group. The decision exhausts all remaining legal avenues and definitively closes the case. Control of the foundations — and thereby Polsat Plus Group — now passes to Solarz's children.
