Ryan Hurst fired from "God of War" series after serious bicep injury on set
Ryan Hurst, who plays Kratos in Amazon and Sony's "God of War" series, suffered a serious bicep muscle tear on set in June 2026. He underwent surgery but faces up to six months of recovery. Since filming is set to resume in August, Amazon and Sony have replaced him with an unnamed actor, despite Hurst having gained 20 kg of muscle for the role.
