Horała: Kaczyński was misled about party associations and subsidies

Marcin Horała, vice-president of the Rozwój Plus association, said on the Graffiti programme that Jarosław Kaczyński was misled about the legal implications of associations operating within PiS. Kaczyński had claimed such a structure could cost the party its state subsidy. Horała dismissed the argument as entirely off-base, saying the law is clear on the matter.
