Burnham's 'Manchesterism' took him to No 10 – can it work for all of the UK?

BBC economics editor Faisal Islam examines whether the economic model developed by Andy Burnham in Manchester can serve as a template for the whole of the UK, now that Burnham has reached No 10 Downing Street. Manchester served as a testing ground for urban and regional policy, and the question is whether "Manchesterism" can scale up nationally.
