Texas floods kill 2 and prompt rescue of over 200 people

At least two people have died and more than 200 were rescued following catastrophic flooding in the Texas Hill Country region of southwestern Texas. Heavy rainfall caused widespread destruction across affected areas. Emergency services carried out large-scale rescue operations to reach stranded residents.
