7-Eleven owner eyes acquisition of Poland's Żabka chain

Japanese conglomerate Seven & i Holdings, owner of the 7-Eleven chain, is considering an acquisition of Poland's Żabka, one of Europe's largest convenience store networks. Żabka operates over 10,000 stores in Poland and has been expanding rapidly. If completed, the deal would be one of the largest in Polish retail history.
