Expert proposes Central Public Positions Register to fight cronyism in Poland

Wojciech Kaczor is calling for the creation of a Central Public Positions Register that would make appointments to public roles fully transparent. He argues that media scandals about party-based hiring are dramatic but short-lived and ultimately change nothing.
