New rules to ban outdoor work above 35°C — but not yet

Poland's Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy is working on new regulations setting temperature limits for workplaces during extreme heat. Employers would be required to apply special measures once temperatures exceed a set threshold, reportedly 35°C. The rules are not yet in force; their implementation will take some more time.
