Cyclospora outbreak linked to Taylor Farms iceberg lettuce supplied to Taco Bell

US federal health officials, working with Michigan investigators, have traced an outbreak of Cyclospora infections to iceberg lettuce supplied by Taylor Farms to Taco Bell restaurants. The contaminated lettuce may also have been distributed to other vendors. Authorities are warning consumers and continuing to investigate the full scope of the contamination.
