Record Housing Supply from Developers – Time to Negotiate Prices

Polish property developers are sitting on a record number of unsold flats, with available units exceeding demand in many cities. While sales remain solid, the surplus clearly favours buyers. JLL analysts say the situation creates room for price negotiation and is expected to last at least until the end of 2025.
