Polish jets intercept two Russian Su-30s and escort Il-20 reconnaissance plane over Baltic

Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced another incident over the Baltic Sea. A pair of Polish fighter jets scrambled from Malbork airbase intercepted two Russian Su-30 fighters and were then directed to escort a Russian Il-20 reconnaissance aircraft. The episode is the latest in a series of Polish air force intercepts over the Baltic.
