FIFA Rules Out Marciniak for World Cup Final and Third-Place Match
FIFA has officially confirmed that Polish referee Szymon Marciniak will not officiate either the World Cup final or the third-place match at this year's tournament. The bronze-medal game has been assigned to Venezuela's Jesús Valenzuela, while Slovenia's Slavko Vinčić will take charge of the final.
