Warsaw court rejects safe conduct letter for ex-Strategic Reserves chief Kuczmierowski for third time

The Warsaw Court of Appeal has for the third time rejected a complaint against the refusal to grant a safe conduct letter to Michał Kuczmierowski, former head of the Government Strategic Reserves Agency. Kuczmierowski is suspected of, among other things, participation in an organised criminal group. His case is linked to ongoing extradition proceedings in the United Kingdom.
