Netflix used generative AI in around 300 productions in 2025

Netflix disclosed in its Q2 2025 earnings report that generative AI was used across roughly 300 titles in its library this year. The technology is being applied at every stage of the production process, from concept and pre-visualisation through to post-production. The company shared the figure in its shareholder letter accompanying the quarterly results.
