Trump White House teleprompter operator bet on Kalshi using advance speech knowledge

A teleprompter operator for Donald Trump illegally used advance access to the president's speeches to place bets on the prediction market platform Kalshi. The operator was suspended after the misconduct was discovered. Reports indicate he was not the only White House staffer to exploit insider information for gambling purposes on the platform.
