Paramount calls AGs' merger lawsuit one of the weakest antitrust challenges ever

Paramount, led by David Ellison, has fired back at state attorneys general seeking to block its planned merger with Warner Bros. Discovery, calling their motion for a temporary restraining order "one of the weakest merger challenges in modern antitrust history." A judge in Oakland County is set to hear arguments from both sides at a TRO hearing.
