Paramount calls states' antitrust lawsuit against $111bn Warner Bros. merger one of the weakest ever

Paramount Skydance's lawyers filed an opposition Thursday to a motion by a dozen US states seeking a temporary restraining order to pause the $111 billion merger with Warner Bros. The filing called the antitrust lawsuit "one of the weakest merger challenges in modern antitrust history." The states are attempting to block the deal before it is finalised.
