Project Eleven proposes post-quantum proof to recover Bitcoin wallets after Q-Day
Project Eleven has proposed a post-quantum cryptographic proof system designed to help Bitcoin users recover their wallets in the event of a quantum computing attack, known as Q-Day. The mechanism would allow users to verify wallet ownership without exposing private keys vulnerable to quantum decryption. It represents one of the first concrete technical proposals to protect the Bitcoin network from quantum threats.
