Poland to abolish legal incapacitation with new supported decision-making law

Poland may pass a law on supported decision-making instruments this year, replacing the current system of legal incapacitation. Dr Monika Zima-Parjaszewska, president of the Polish Association for People with Intellectual Disabilities, called the existing system "oppressive."
