Prosecutors investigate Lubartów hospital after 82-year-old denied admission and died

Prosecutors in Lubartów have launched an investigation into alleged irregularities at the local hospital, which reportedly refused to admit an 82-year-old patient brought to the emergency department — the patient subsequently died. The hospital had already attracted attention after Polsat News reported that a PiS councillor underwent surgery in a suspended ward.
