IMGW issues heat alerts across Poland — danger to health and life

Poland's Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) has issued level-one and level-two heat warnings for multiple regions of the country. Forecasters warn that the extreme heat poses a serious risk to health and even life. Residents in affected areas are advised to stay out of direct sunlight and stay well hydrated.
