CBOS poll: 47% of Poles negative about direction of country

A CBOS survey conducted in the first half of 2026 found that 47% of Poles view the direction of change in Poland negatively, while only 31% are optimistic about the country's situation. The highest levels of pessimism and criticism were recorded among residents of eastern and south-eastern Poland.
