David Tennant stars in new British crime thriller series

To many fans around the world, David Tennant will always be known for his role as Doctor Who in the long-running sci-fi series. He played the Doctor for more than 15 years in the hit show, and while he has seemingly left Doctor Who behind, he still has plenty of projects releasing regularly to keep his fan base satisfied. Tennant recently returned to Disney Plus to reprise his role as Tony Baddingham in the second season of Rivals , and it’s already been confirmed that the show has been picked up for Season 3. No release date yet, but all signs point to Rivals Season 2 being released next year or in 2028. Tennant is also famous for playing the legendary villain Kilgrave in Jessica Jones , the hit Marvel Netflix show starring Krysten Ritter .
