Zelensky appoints Yevheniy Khmara as acting Ukrainian defence minister

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Yevheniy Khmara, head of the Security Service of Ukraine, as acting defence minister. Zelensky announced he will submit Khmara's candidacy to parliament for approval. Ukraine currently remains without a permanent defence minister.
