The franchise has always drawn inspiration from the Atomic Age, turning Cold War anxieties, retro-futuristic technology, and nuclear paranoia into one of gaming's most recognizable settings. Big things are in store for the ongoing franchise. Not only is Season 3 of Prime Video's smash-hit television adaptation in active development, but recent reports have revealed that a new game from the developer behind Fallout: New Vegas (widely considered a franchise fan-favorite) may also be in the works as well.
