Anya Taylor-Joy's thriller "Lucky" is one of Apple TV+'s biggest hits

Few movie stars are eyeing as big of a year in 2026 as Anya Taylor-Joy , who has already starred in the first $1 billion film of the year, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie . She will also be seen later this year reprising her role as Alia Atreides in Dune: Part Three , the third and final movie in the epic trilogy from director Denis Villeneuve . Taylor-Joy featured in only one scene during Dune: Part Two , but the massive time jump between the second and third films allows her to star in a much larger capacity in the trilogy-capper. Anya Taylor-Joy is also teaming up with Timothy Olyphant for the new Apple TV crime thriller, Lucky , which just debuted its first two episodes this week. New installments will drop every Wednesday before the Season 1 finale airs on August 19.
