Łukasz Żak sentenced to 20 years for fatal crash on Trasa Łazienkowska in Warsaw

A Warsaw court sentenced Łukasz Żak to 20 years in prison on Thursday for causing a fatal road accident on Trasa Łazienkowska in September 2024. One person was killed and four others were hospitalised in the crash. After the verdict was announced, Żak left the courthouse with his head bowed, in stark contrast to his behaviour during earlier hearings.
