Microsoft Comic Chat from the 1990s released as open source

Microsoft has released the source code for Comic Chat, a 1990s IRC client that displayed conversations as comic strip panels with animated characters. The project is now publicly available as open source. It is a rare instance of Microsoft opening up legacy software to the public.
