Residents of Damaged Warsaw-Ursus Block Still Locked Out After Evacuation

Residents of a block of flats in Warsaw's Ursus district, evacuated overnight from Monday to Tuesday, still cannot return to their homes due to serious structural damage. Doors have been sealed with tape and entry requires a pre-arranged appointment. The fate of the building depends on an assessment by the District Building Supervision Inspectorate.
