South Dakota crypto investor indicted on 29 counts over alleged $20 million fraud

The US Department of Justice has indicted Benjamin Paul Wiener of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on 29 counts related to an alleged $20 million cryptocurrency investment fraud. Wiener is accused of defrauding investors through crypto-related schemes. His trial is scheduled to begin on September 15.
