Analyst firm Newzoo estimates GTA 6 could generate up to $5 billion in global sales within its launch week, making it the strongest pre-order campaign ever recorded in gaming history. Digital pre-order sales across the US and top five European markets alone may reach $260 million in week one. A PlayStation veteran says rival developers have no reason to fear the release.
