Keyrock buys BlockFills' institutional trading assets for $3.25 million

Brussels-based crypto firm Keyrock has closed its acquisition of BlockFills' institutional trading and brokerage assets through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process. Keyrock was selected as the buyer at a price of $3.25 million. The deal gives Keyrock expanded institutional trading infrastructure.
