Lawyer for Łukasz Żak vows appeal after deadly crash verdict

Following the verdict in the fatal crash case on Warsaw's Trasa Łazienkowska, defence lawyer Izabela Ławińska announced she would appeal the ruling. She argued that her client Łukasz Żak had been singled out unfairly and that the court was guided by public emotion rather than evidence. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone — there are many people with worse criminal records," she said.
