Eurocontrol Freezes Hundreds of Millions in Polish Aviation Agency Funds Over Pfizer Dispute

Eurocontrol has frozen route charge revenues owed to Poland's Air Navigation Services Agency (PAŻP), following a court ruling in the Pfizer vs. Poland case. Deputy Infrastructure Minister Piotr Malepszak said the freeze deprives PAŻP of hundreds of millions of zlotys per month. The finance minister is now required to secure alternative funds to keep the agency operational.
