Crypto brokerage Alpaca raises $135M for tokenized stock infrastructure

Crypto brokerage Alpaca has raised $135 million to expand its tokenized stock infrastructure. The firm at one point cleared or custodied roughly 94% of all tokenized U.S. equities, and currently holds over $1.5 billion in underlying stocks for its partners. The funding will support further growth in the fast-expanding tokenized securities market.
