Prof. Gutowski on ECJ neo-judge ruling: ordinary Poles will gain nothing for years

He argues that Polish lawyers act like politicians, making a genuine normalisation of the judiciary a distant prospect. The ECJ ruling, while legally significant, does not translate into immediate practical improvements for citizens dealing with the courts.
