Court Denies Safe Conduct to Ex-RARS Head Kuczmierowski for Third Time

A Polish court has for the third time refused a safe conduct letter for Michał Kuczmierowski, the former head of the Government Strategic Reserves Agency (RARS). His defence lawyers have again failed to secure a legal guarantee allowing him to return to Poland safely. Kuczmierowski is a suspect in an investigation into the agency's activities.
