Kuczmierowski denied safe conduct; UK extradition hearing set for September

The Warsaw Court of Appeal has again rejected a request for safe conduct for Michał Kuczmierowski, former head of the Government Strategic Reserves Agency, who is suspected of involvement in an organised criminal group, among other charges. An extradition hearing is scheduled in the United Kingdom for September.
