49% of Poles prefer second-hand flats — only 18% choose a developer

According to a Q2 2025 report by Otodom and Kantar, 49% of Polish respondents say they want to buy a property on the secondary market — the same share as a year earlier. Only 18% opt for a developer's new-build offer, a decline year-on-year. The figures point to growing disappointment among Poles with the new-build housing market.
