IRS chief wants 70 million US children enrolled in Trump Accounts

IRS chief Frank Bisignano announced that the Trump administration's goal is to enroll 70 million children under the age of 18 in so-called "Trump Accounts." He stated: "I think the objective is to have 70 million children under 18 to have a Trump Account." The programme appears aimed at giving every American minor a government-backed savings account.
