Court rejects safe conduct request for former RARS chief Kuczmierowski

The Warsaw Court of Appeal has again rejected an appeal against a lower court's refusal to grant safe conduct to Michał Kuczmierowski, the former head of the Government Strategic Reserves Agency (RARS). The district court had previously denied the request, and the appeal court has now upheld that decision. Kuczmierowski is a defendant in the RARS corruption scandal.
